Baking Potatoes
1/4 cup DPQ sauce per potato (see recipe on following page)

Slice potatoes crosswise in 1/2-inch slices. Place in heavy-duty aluminum foil and pour 1/4 cup sauce over potatoes. Wrap tightly and bake at 350 F for one hour or place on top of grill for one hour.
